2001 Reunion
November 2001 saw a third reunion take place at the Pullman
Lodge Hotel, Seaburn. This this turned out to be an evening that
some said we could "Never Top"...
To the list of riders came another old favourite, Kiwi Graeme
Smith, how nice to see him! Ex-Peterborough riders, Pete
Saunders and Pete Seaton attended, as well as Scott Robson,
son of John Robson.
Another new face was that of Peter Lipscom, co-editor of the
Vintage Speedway Magazine. Once again we made a donation to
the now seventeen year old Rob Grant, to help him on his way in
Speedway!
